岗位职责：
1、根据公司销售业绩目标，组建区域销售团队，制定区域内具体销售计划并分解执行；
2、管理团队，宣贯公司最新政策、制度，监督团队日常工作；
3、建立与维护客户关系，对重要客户做好客情关系维护，完成销售任务；
4、对客户投诉风险进行及时预判并快速、有效处理客户投诉，保证客户满意度；
5、账款核算、催收、报账，规避货款风险；
6、代表公司签订销售合同并跟进与协调执行情况；
7、参与市场调研，收集、整理并分析市场信息；
8、组织、策划、参与区域内市场与品牌活动；
9、协调销售过程中的项目管理、进度跟进、评估分析工作；
10、深入了解用户需求和市场发展动态，为公司营销策略、产品改进、新产品开发及售后
服务等提供参考依据；
11、建立并管理客户档案；
12、完成上级领导安排的其他临时工作。

岗位要求：
1、大专及以上学历，有电气类相关专业背景；
2、三年以上新能源、电力、电动汽车行业等相关工作销售经验，有充电产品大客户营销
经验者优先；
3、工作主动，沟通表达能力强，有客户基础优先；
4、工作严谨，坦诚正直，工作计划性强并具有战略前瞻性思维；
5、具备较强的市场开拓能力，能主导项目销售全过程。

岗位职责：
1、协助部门经理开展华东区域充电网络日常运营工作；
2、负责华东区域（自建、共建、加盟、整合）充电站运营工作；
3、负责华东区域充电网络运营结算及数据分析工作；
4、开展市场调研工作，调研内容包括子公司所在地政策方针、市场信息、运营数据、竞争对手动态和充电用户需求等，汇总调研成果及数据形成调研报告，为制定营销活动提供基础依据；
5、执行华东区域对外的运营合作项目，整合运营商资源，发展多类型经营；
6、挖掘潜在客户及发展目标客户，建立客户管理机制，维系客户关系；
7、负责华东区域充电站场开拓、充电桩/充电站销售工作；
8、根据营销活动实际方案，落地执行各种线上线下充电营销活动；
9、完成上级领导安排的其他工作。

岗位要求：
1、具有一定市场运营相关工作经验，熟悉市场运营模式；
2、掌握充电产业政策和行业发展情况，熟悉充电桩或电力相关知识；
3、熟悉项目管理、运营策划相关流程，具有一定的商务洽谈、拓展能力；
4、具有开阔的市场思维及运营能力，能独立完成运营方案的撰写；
5、对数据敏感，有敏感的市场嗅觉，能快速洞察市场动态并作出反应；
6、沟通协调能力强，有责任心强，有较强的抗压能力。
